Founded Integrated Media as a content development and marketing company designed to more effectively meld advertising and entertainment and to create value by turning bands into brands.  Created both NMX Records and The Live Concert Network to promote new music and record live concerts for direct-to-consumer sales.  NMX Records has sold thousands of CD's with national and International bands and has e-commerce and traditional distribution arrangements with Amazon.com, Rhapsody, and RedEye USA.  Band members on NMX Records include George Clinton, Eric McFadden, and The Samples.

Track Entertainment is one of the leading music-marketing firms in the United States specializing in corporate sponsored live concert events such as the Compaq Computer Presents Sting global tour, the Rolling-Rock Rock series, and the Bermuda Jazz festival.  Initiated high-level music marketing strategies for major corporate sponsors.

Co-Founded MSI/Capita Research Group (NASDQ).  MSI/Capita was a media software company created to bring new levels of effectiveness and accountability measurements to the global media and direct-response advertising industries.  Media Solutions software allowed advertisers to measure direct-response ROI on specific media buys and creative on both a national and International level.  Capita Research Group developed software using N.A.S.A. technology that analyzed brain waves that measure engagement levels for all kinds of media.  Initiated senior level business-development relationships with N.A.S.A., Lucent Technologies, JDS Columbine, United Video Satellite Group, AC Nielsen, Vyvx, and Competitive Media Research.  Clients included major advertising agencies and media buying companies including Leo Burnett, Bates USA, Time Buying Services, Focus Media, Interwood Marketing, and American Telecasts.

WinTel Communications is a value-added marketer of a variety of telecommunications services.  Initiated a $48 million contract between WilTel, a $1 Billion dollar subsidiary of the Williams Companies (NYSE), and Target Telecom Inc.  WinTel Communications is currently an authorized sales agent for the major communications services providers in the U.S. and targets mid-cap corporate entities.

InTex Ventures, Inc. was a consumer product development and marketing company specializing in direct-response television sales and distribution.  InTex Venture’s DRTV projects have yielded gross television sales in excess of $75 Million and spawned retail sales in excess of $800 million.  InTex funded infomercial products included the SuperStep with Bruce Jenner, produced with Quantum/National Media, the Easy Stepper with Interwood Marketing, and the Prolock Seal’n Save produced with Decosonic and USA Direct/Fingerhut. InTex Ventures also operated InTex TV, an Infomercial syndication and sales entity that sold a variety of products directly to consumers through (800) numbers televised via cable and satellite broadcasts in partnership with national cable MSOs (Multiple System Operators.)

Established first beta-test franchise operation for the sales of TV consumer products                   through pushcarts and kiosks in regional shopping malls.  Controlled all operations ranging from hiring of local managers to final sales reconciliation.  Involved in all aspects of script development and demonstration research of several innovative infomercials.
