I firmly believe that America must spread good will, fight disease and help end poverty throughout the world. The support gained will do more to fight terrorism then all our armed forces put together.

That is why I support a Department of Peace and this bill.

I would like to see provisions in this bill to allow any citizen from any country participate in the AWSC. This is and should be a world co-ordinated effort.

I wish I had more time to discuss this with you but as you can imagine I am extremely busy now. Maybe after the 8^th.
