I have no idea why a new
Peace Corps is necessary. If your World-whatever-Corps were instituted
with the current players in DC in place it would
become just another corrupt boondoggle before you could holler
lickety-split. We must first completely delouse the Great
Whorehouse on Capitol Hill, whose customers from K Street engorge their
million$ into their willing whores, as facilitated by their pimps in the
White House, while Americans taxpayers are the ones who never stop getting
screwed. I'd just as soon re-kickstart the
Peace Corps after we Clean House and put you in charge of it, Dwayne, assuming
