In the hopes of saving me some time,  I am listing some information relevant to the Palm Royal owners we have been able to contact who have been deemed "owners who rent."  I hope all of you who visit here believe this is a discriminatory fee increase, and we can l work together to reverse this discriminatory fee increase, which has strange and unhealthy personal oversight elements to it.

Owners deemed renters who may make deposits to Disputed Palm Royal Fee Escrow Account for the discriminatory $50 fee assessed on the by the 2007 Palm Royal HOA Board.
