Endorsement of the World Service Corps by Michael J. Cavlan:

We give our complete endorsement and support to the concept of the World Service Corps proposal.  We are hoping the bill that will be presented is one that will be fully approved by every legislative body to which it is presented.

The program will send many ordinary US citizens across the planet to interact with citizens of those many diverse countries.  Imagine the positive results that will arise from that--it will educate our citizens about how our government's policies and practices affect the average citizens in other parts of the world.  Those, in turn, would find the citizens of the US are kind and thoughtful people.

After having read the proposed bill we believe this program is well thought out and well constructed.  We also believe that the passage of this bill will engender a host of changes for the good of our brothers and sisters all over the world, as well as here in the United States.
