thanks for your well documented and delivered questioning of Condoleezza
Rice. Also, thanks again for sponsoring
my American Soviet Peace Corps proposal with HR 1807 back in 1989.

with this fax is another proposal I hope you will sponsor to address one of
today’s pressing issues. This proposed
World Service Corps needs discussion, debate, and passage in order to stem the
spreading cancer that is crippling
